When do you want to receive your order?

Below, please let us know your desired pick up date, keep in mind that pick up times vary depending on the production calendar for that day. (See Calendly calendar below)

Flour-ish’s current pick up location is at Nourish Cafe. 2510 South Loop 336 West in the Transmed Wellness Center, until our new location opens. (See map below)

Nourish is open 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday.

Daily pick up times are after 2pm, Monday through Friday.
